I ordered the product on 06/Apr/18, received on 21/Apr/18 but the plate was broken in half. I sent a message to ask for replacement which the store agreed and promise to send me the tracking number for the new plate. I sent another message to the seller on 05/May/18 to ask for the tracking number and until today (09/Apr/18) I have not got a reply at all, so I don’t know if I am getting a replacement for the broken plate or not.
