Mug was cute and receive with intact condition. However the box send was not protected. Receive the box with dent and tear due to rough ?handling while shipping. I purposely buy the mug + box because i wanted to give away as a gift look presentable. So i expected there is an extra protection.

Très jolie, emballage moyen, et je ne comprend pas parcontre pourquoi cela a été déposé dans un relais alors que j’avais mis mon adresse de domicile du fait que j’ai des gardiens pour mes colis. Sinon j’ai eut de la chance que ce soit arriver entier. Mais les tasses sont très belles et belle qualité. Merci quand meme. Une fidèle cliente.
