REFUND POLICY

COVID-19 Guidelines – 60 day policy

Due to Coronavirus pandemic, the packages are getting delayed. If there is absolutely No update on Tracking system and you DONOT receive the package in 60 days, after your order is shipped, then you are entitled for complete refund for your order.

If the tracking system has No New update for a long time, please do not worry. It means the package is still in transit. There are long delays right now because of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience. Please contact us at [email protected] for tracking information of  your package if you are unable to track it.

Why 60-days? : Our manufacturing and distribution centers are located in Singapore, China, Thailand and India. The international shipment is taking time than usual to reach its destination. The increase in transit time makes it difficult to update the tracking systems. 

 
EXTRA CARE. EXTRA TIME.

As we continue to monitor and adapt to the COVID-19 situation, we’re experiencing some delays in processing and shipping while keeping our Vaisselle employees safe. Few things that we are doing to take care of our team in the distribution center and your order:

  • We have frequent deep cleaning and sanitation of workstations before and after shifts.
  • We are regularly disinfecting common areas.
  • Performing daily temperature checks on employees to make sure everyone is healthy.
  • We’re constantly monitoring and adhering to protocols recommended by WHO and CDC.

We’re doing our best to work as quickly as we can while taking while taking extra care of your package and to ensure the safety of our employees! Just know we can’t wait for you to get your new items and we’re on it. We will need a little extra time to make sure your order is packed safely while our team also stays safe. 

Our distribution centers are located in Singapore, China, Thailand and India, but it depends upon the product availability. We ensure and try to send the orders from the nearest location to you. The international shipment is delaying from 6-8 weeks in transit and unable to update the tracking system frequently. Rest assured your package is safe and will be delivered to you.

General Guidelines
 
Note: Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of your order or within 10 days after delivery of the damaged product.
 
We DO complete refunds if your item arrives
1) Damaged/broken, or
2) Lost in Transit due to some reason
 
Please contact us within 10 days after delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement with Free Shipping. But if you are not satisfied with color or print of the product, you can return the product at our U.S. location office center within 10 days you receive the product.

All our Dinnerware, Coffee sets Sets, Glassware, Mugs and various miscellaneous items are of high quality and we ship them in double dry foam package. But please do keep in mind that they are fragile items so if it happens that the product you ordered arrived broken then do mail us immediately and we will replace/refund the full amount whichever is applicable. Our customers satisfaction is our top priority and we ensure full proof packaging. Our manufacturers are based in U.S., China and India and they provide us their full co-operation and works extremely hard to carefully select and shipping the best products to our customers.
