Is my Personal Information Safe?

Vaisselle offer the highest security solutions to protect your personal information. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is used on the internet for payments to be processed safely. 

Who are we?

We are a company located in Illinois, U.S. operating an online store.

Why the color look different as shown in the website?

Actual colors may vary. Please understand that colors may exist chromatic aberration as the different placement of pictures.Color might sometimes looks little different due the lighting effects and proper product settings for photography.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process our customer orders within 1-3 business day after we receive them. We will forward the tracking number to you as soon as the product ships.

Our manufacturers are located in U.S., China and India. Due to the factors which might affect international shipments, such as the high amount of orders, holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.Here is an estimate of the shipping times.

Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from the manufacturer (USA, China, India). We have multiple fulfillment centers if you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately. 

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Vaisselle is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Vaisselle will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

How can I track my order?

Once you have made your purchase please allow 1-3 business days for processing and you can track your order on Vaisselle Website in My Accounts Section or from the shipping confirmation email link.

Why I can't see any update in my tracking order?

When a tracking number does not update for a while, it simply means that the package is in route to our country. Once the package has cleared the customs, the tracking info will be updated and a more accurate delivery time will be given. 

Do note that we offer high quality and best products, so all our manufacturers are from different countries. Please be patient and you will see an update soon.

When will I be able to track my order?

We allow 24 hours for our customers to cancel their order.

After that 24 hours, we will process your order and get it ready for shipping. Which take 1-3 business days.

You will receive an email as soon as it ships with all tracking details.

My product or one of the item is broken?

Don’t worry, we will take full responsibility if the product or even any one of the item is broken. We value our customers very much and will gladly replace/refund the full amount, whichever is applicable. You just have to send us an email at [email protected] within 5 days from the day you receive your product.

Please note the crack or breakage might occur because of the shipping. Although we assure and guarantee that the packaging is full proof because we are dealing with fragile items but we cannot predict any unforeseen circumstances during the process of shipping.

How can I return my product?

If you want to return the product, then you can do it within 10 days after delivery at our U.S. location center and email us at [email protected]. Please bear in mind you have to bear the shipping charges initially. We will refund the charges of the product and shipping after receiving the product. 

Please DONOT return any broken items/product.
